Benjamin Walsh

After earning his Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law, Ben began his legal career as corporate counsel assisting businesses in highly regulated industries navigate the complexities of the law. Ben has experience in all aspects of corporate law, including securities, contracts, and intellectual property.

He prides himself on providing useful and accurate legal advice without complex and confusing jargon. Ben has experience helping Web3 startups navigate the particularly unique legal challenges that they are facing. Ben considers himself to be a California native, however, he was originally born in South Africa and still appreciates many of his South African traditions.
