Amanda Comas

Amanda's practice focuses primarily on providing corporate services for start-ups, contract negotiation, and regulatory matters specific to the companies in the blockchain and DLT space. She is a skilled academic and legal writer, and uses her experience in the tech-industry to advise clients through corporate and regulatory challenges.

Prior to joining IBL, Amanda spent over half a decade working under the in-house legal counsel of a VC-funded medical software technology startup. As part of the sales operations and legal departments, she was routinely responsible for helping sales representatives negotiate deals and contracts, drafting addenda and amendments, and working with company executives to complete due diligence requirements for new funding opportunities. Stemming from her work and exposure to tech-heavy startups, she earned a certification as a Salesforce Administrator, and has an affinity for technical innovations in the blockchain and DLT industry.
